Each week, we will focus on one critical aspect of your role, providing you with insights, practical tips, and strategies to help you excel. Here’s what you can expect:
1. Week 1: We’ll start by exploring the foundational Role and Responsibilities of a GME Program Coordinator. You’ll gain a clear understanding of how your daily tasks contribute to the overall success and accreditation of your program.
2. Week 2: Next, we’ll discuss the importance of Dedicated Time and Support. We’ll look at why having the right resources is essential for efficient program administration and how it enables you to focus on what matters most.
3. Week 3: In the third week, we’ll dive into Mastering the ACGME and Program Requirements. This session will equip you with the knowledge you need to navigate accreditation standards and ensure your program stays compliant and credible.
